These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the SMS / text messaging program offered by HD Clean LLC, doing business as HD Clean Team (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in, you agree to these Terms.
1. Program Description
When you opt in to the HD Clean Team messaging program, you agree to receive text messages from HD Clean Team at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include appointment reminders, confirmations, service notifications, account-related updates, and — if you separately opt in to marketing — promotional offers and discounts.
2. Eligibility (18+)
You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to and participate in the HD Clean Team SMS program. By providing your mobile number and consenting, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that the mobile number you provided belongs to you.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the services you request. You may receive messages such as appointment reminders and confirmations, and, if you opted in to marketing, occasional promotional offers.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you by us and sent by you to us, according to the rate plan provided by your wireless carrier. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
5. How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send “STOP,” we will send you a single confirmation message, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, simply opt in again as you did originally.

7. Carrier Liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

9. Changes to These Terms
